Marquest Corporate Class Funds Ltd. confirms wind-up of Marquest Dow Jones Canada High Dividend 50 Fund (Corporate Class), Marquest S&P/TSX Canadian Dividend Aristocrats Fund (Corporate Class) and Marquest Canadian Balanced Fund (Corporate Class)

Toronto, September 23, 2015:

Marquest Corporate Class Funds Ltd. by its Manager, Marquest Asset Management Inc. (“Marquest” or “Manager”) confirms that the previously announced wind-up of Marquest Dow Jones¹ Canada High Dividend 50 Fund (Corporate Class)*, Marquest S&P/TSX² Canadian Dividend Aristocrats Fund (Corporate Class)* and Marquest Canadian Balanced Fund (Corporate Class)* (collectively, the “Funds”) will occur on October 23, 2015.

The Funds have not been available for purchase since June 9, 2014 and all remaining outstanding shares will be redeemed at the NAV per share on October 23, 2015. All redemption proceeds will be paid as of October 26, 2015. Shareholders will be able to initiate switches from the Funds to another Marquest mutual fund, as described in the current annual information form of the funds dated March 31, 2015, up to and including October 22, 2015. Redemption proceeds will be delivered in the same manner as a shareholder initiated redemption.   For shareholders holding securities in a registered account administered by Marquest, the redemption proceeds will be held as cash until such time as instructions are received to re-invest such proceeds in another fund are received or a T2033 transfer form is completed.
