Matthew Clarke, CIM, CFP, is Vice President of Sales supporting advisors across Western Canada. Matthew’s career in the financial industry spans more than 20 years. Before joining Marquest, Matthew worked at Evolve ETFs as a Sales Consultant helping advisors expand their adoption of ETF products. Prior to that, Matthew was with First Asset ETFs as an ETF Specialist, Business Development Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Before Matthew transitioned his career to distribution side, he worked in the wealth management side of the business for 15 years with Scotia McLeod, CIBC Wood Gundy and Dundee Securities.

Jean-Claude Major, BA, MFisc, is Executive Vice President, Sales for Canada. He started at Marquest in 2012 after the asset purchase of MineralFields/Pathway where he served as Regional Vice President for several years. His interest in tax products began in 2003 when he joined NCE/Sentry Select Capital after holding a similar position at ING Funds and Global Strategy. In addition to his studies in economics and obtaining his master’s degree in taxation, he has accumulated more than 35 years of experience in the field of sales including the last 15 in fiscal products.

Yuqiao (Jocelyn) Song, PFP®, BA Economics, Rotman MBA Candidate’24, is Regional Sales Manager at Marquest Management Inc. helping advisors with a focus on the Asian community. As a first-generation immigrant to Canada from Beijing, China, her career in the financial industry started after graduating from University of Western Ontario in 2015. Before joining Marquest, Jocelyn worked at Invesco Canada as Regional Consultant. Prior to that, Jocelyn held various sales roles at RBC, HSBC Canada, and Canada Life as a Financial Advisor, Premier Relationship Manager, and Internal Wholesaler. She has created relationships with advisors in the MGA, MFDA, and IIROC channels in Ontario. Her passion for the industry motivates her to pursue the CIM designation and MBA at Rotman School of management, University of Toronto. With experiences in the retail banking, insurance and investment management industries, Jocelyn is a reliable resource for advisors who are building, protecting, and growing assets.

Nadia Kazmi, BA Economics, is Inside Sales Representative at Marquest, helping investment advisors in Québec and Atlantic Canada. Her career in the financial industry spans 22 years, in which she has progressively held a variety of roles in customer services and sales for BMO Bank of Montreal, Regional Sales Representative with AGF Investments and as Business Development Manager with NEI, covering parts of Québec, the Ottawa Region and the Maritimes. She has helped brokers and MFDA advisors grow their business. Having worked in the brokerage industry, this has given her the full spectrum from both sides of the industry.
