Marquest Mining B.C 2021 Super Flow-Through Limited Partnership

Dear Investors,

This notice is to advise you of Marquest Asset Management Inc.’s (Marquest) intention to close the Marquest Mining B.C 2021 Super Flow-Through Limited Partnership, which the Manager considers this to be in the best interests of Investors.

As an alternative, please refer to the Marquest Mining 2021-II Super-Flow Through LP which is available to all Canadian Residents. The Manager plans to invest between 30% to 40% of the Limited Partnership’s total assets in B.C. issuers, providing additional tax credits to B.C. residents.
